FFMPEG PC tiffs to MP4 and photoJPG mov formats

Download ffmeg from: https://ffmpeg.org/download.html  look for the latest PC version, you might need a 7z extractor.
Extract the files, place the ffmpeg folder in your C:/Programs Files/
Add to paths:
     From the desktop, select the Start menu, right-click Computer and click Properties.
     In the System Control Panel, click on Advanced system settings, click the Environment Variables... button.
     In the Environment Variables window highlight the PATH variable in the User Variabes section and click the Edit... button.
     Add to the end of the path lines with the paths you wish the computer to access under Variable value:.
     Each different directory is separated with a semicolon. Such as ;C:\Program Files (x86)\sox-14-4-2;C:\Program Files\ffmpeg-20160404-git-54c9146-win64-static\bin;
