1. I believe this is a junction box that holds thousands of wires and calbes for television, telephone and internet. It is next to the bus stop where I go everyday to wait for Bruinbus, and I always hide behind it to aboid sunlight. Not untill I read the article did I know what it actually is and how important it is for the networks I have access to.
2. An AT&T branch office.It is important as an telephone and cellular data provider. Personally I rely on them to help me many times when I lost my SIM card.
3. An underground TV cable portal. This probably controls the TV calbes of my apartment.
4. This box controls the survaillence camera on top of this light pole.
