My website centers around play in the bounds of one’s own home, so consent of property owners is something inherent in the nature of the site (you set your location as home).

I do believe consent is important when it comes to augmented reality, advertising or other varieties of content on personal property, but I also appreciate augmented reality as a form of protest against privately held companies and institutions. The effort to make museums more accessible, for example, is, I believe, an admirable notion.

I don’t exactly know where I stand on the idea of private property in general, but corporations are decidedly NOT people, and therefore have no “right to free speech” within the confines of a person’s home or personal business.
