I'm personally careless on the internet, I accept things and terms without reading them, I access things on networks that may not be secure and look things up freely without worrying about my history. I always thought that I have nothing to hide so why should I care, but after Xin Xin it made me think more. Just because I have nothing to hide doesn't mean that I do not deserve the privacy. I don't want to be tracked all of the time by advertisers trying to make money off of me, because I don't need to help these giant corporations even more. I downloaded and am exzcited to use the plug-ins Xin Xin Mentioned and am curious to learn about more tools to help protect my privacy on the internet. It is scary to think about what information is or will be made public about us in the future.
