These design justice guidelines are a good way to think about how I am being truthful to the community principles and working with them to empower them as a collective and working with their needs. For my "micro inbetween fictional" of creatives I aim to have a platform where people can express and share their ideas through abstracted gestures and synthy sounds. I have to think about what type of symbols I am using to empower them and to provide enough freedom for my community where they feel that they have usefuly resources to express themsleves. Even though my community isn't necessarily a marginalized group, I have had experience working with marginalized groups and would like to continue working with socially and environmentally aware communities with the aim to continue the conversation through design.
