I found this article especially interesting in relation to the ongoing dialogue about net neutrality. The potential for alternative ways of distributing and holding information is exciting. I believe that this way of connecting on a peer to peer basis will become more and more commonplace as the public becomes more informed about the Internet, especially of the major powers that operate the internet as we know it.
