In Nick Douglas' article about The Internet Ugly Aesthetic, he describes the aesthetic as "corrupt[ing] ideas through imperfect reproduction." Do you agree that ideas are indeed corrupted through this seemingly skilless execution? Why or why not?

Douglas writes how, because of the Internet's public and open broadcasting nature, it provides a platform for people to publish work usually classified as unfinished or unpublishable. Douglas goes on to state, "A good idea doesn’t need to be in its final draft to take off; it can still be a rough sketch." What would you consider the minimal state an idea needs to be in in order for it to have this potential to take off?

In the article on Rich User Experience , Olia Lialina explains how "User Experience" disconnects users from the technological side of the computer and web, alienating them from a more personal, customized engagement with technology. To what extent to you agree with her view?
