Glitches
I remember a while back one of my sai files got corrupted beyond repair but sadly I threw that piece away. So I decided to try and capture two main glitches that my laptop causes. The first one was impossible to catch because I never knew when it was going to happen so that was a less successful attempt of catchnig the glitch. Sometimes my laptop would blink black for just a frame before returning to normal. The other glitch was a bit easier to catch. I have fl.ux downloaded on my laptop so when the sun starts to set flux also sets in. The program generally flows from one light setting to another But when I turn my computer on fl.ux flashes on and off before adjusting to the right light setting. The below is my attempted pictures of trying to catch the glitch.
while I was walking I found a lot of manhole covers from Time Warner. I think they were the easiest to look out for. I was also trying to find the orange graffitti and the internet boxes but to no avail. I was able to find a few junction boxes and a company truck.
It was super interesting to find these obvious signs of the internet in the real world but not notice them until now. It was also super interesting to see how things we deem neccesities: water, electricity, etc. are modeled/designed in the same way that internet things are.
