General Controls
* Change Board = Tap Middle (L) and Ring Finger (L) together
* Control Volume = Pinch with Index (L) and Thumb (L)
* Change Chord = Bend Index (R) through Pink (R) to corresponding chords from 1-4.

* Control Note Volume = Tuck Thumb (R) and Index (R), pinch with Index (L) and Thumb (L)
