Welcome friend, This is a site for...
This site was made to showcase the culture, history and street photographies of Shanghai, where I was born, you will find yourself exploring three places that I visit the most. They are YongKang Road, Shanghai Disneyland, and South Shanxi Road. I hope you enjoy the journey!
Shanghai always gives me a sense of fusion: the motorcycles and bicycles in the streets and alleys evoke a laid-back and relaxed feeling reminiscent of Thailand, while the towering skyscrapers reflecting light and the narrow streets create an atmosphere similar to Hong Kong. When I go to the Bund and see the three landmark buildings of Lujiazui across the river and the financial banks surrounding the area, it seems to remind me of the real face of Shanghai: a realistic world wrapped in capital and commerce. I also see many delivery drivers rushing around, each delivery order representing numerous office workers toiling away in cubicles.
Yet, I still love this Shanghai: it’s a city that allows and embraces the possibility of anything happening. It satisfies my vision of a free, open, and diverse metropolis.
