I know him from:	Being an amazing chef. Owns the ever-popular Kogi food trucks and appeared in Katy Perry’s music video for Bon Appétit.

The UCLA De Neve Dining Hall did a Kogi-themed night in collaboration with Roy, so he was there to make sure everything was running smoothly. Absolutely no one recognized him though, apart from my friend and I, so we went up and asked for a photo. Time magazine once called him one of the 100 most influential people; we just call him “the celebrity that was standing in the middle of the dining hall but literally no one recognized”.
